Compétences et aptitudes requises : – Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de relations interpersonnelles, avec une approche axée sur le client – Solides capacités de communication orale et écrite en anglais ; la maîtrise du français et/ou du néerlandais est fortement appréciée – Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques et des systèmes de gestion immobilière (PMS) – Excellentes compétences en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps – Capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front et à établir efficacement des priorités dans un environnement dynamique – Comportement professionnel au téléphone et bonnes aptitudes à la communication
