As Commis Waiter / Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering refined and memorable dining experiences. More than providing assistance, you will contribute to creating a seamless and engaging service environment, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the elegance and standards of the St. Regis brand. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and service‑focused individual looking to build a career within luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the service team in delivering high‑quality food and beverage service
  • Assist with table set‑up, ensuring all areas meet presentation and cleanliness standards
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a polished dining environment
  • Support food and beverage service, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests
  • Replenish supplies and maintain organisation of service stations
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt assistance where required
  • Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, following clean‑as‑you‑go practices
  • Assist in ensuring all safety, hygiene and company policies are followed
  • Uphold professional standards in appearance, communication and behaviour
