Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and personalised cocktail and beverage service to guests
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring each guest feels valued
• Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams
• Set up tables and ensure all service areas meet brand standards at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professionalism and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout the shift
• Support the overall flow of service by working collaboratively with the team
