In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel’s room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role:

The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking guest in room dining orders from guests, communicate any special requests to the kitchen, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

What you will do:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon their call, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience.
• Accurately take guest in room dining, ensuring to note any special requests, dietary restrictions, or allergies.
• Operate the computer system for order taking, check printing, closing out checks and printing reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
