The intern at the Meliá Madrid Serrano hotel will be part of the Reception team , supporting the department’s daily operations and gaining a comprehensive understanding of guest service within one of the Meliá brand’s flagship urban hotels. Their main mission will be to provide an excellent welcome experience, ensure the smooth management of guest stays, and contribute to meeting the company’s quality standards.
-Guest service.
-Operational and administrative management.
-Interdepartmental coordination.
-Telephone customer service and reservation management.
-Meliá brand experience and standards.
Requirements:
-Student of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism or similar.
-Organization and attention to detail.
-Ability to work in a team and good communication.
-Proficiency in office software.
