Guest Experience Coordinator

Job Mission:  The Guest Experience Coordinator fulfills the daily operations of the department, committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction.

 

What will I have to do?

 

  • Comply with the attributes, standards and manuals that apply in your department, as well as ensure compliance in the rest of the areas.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by personalizing their stay, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Efficiently use the different customer experience management tools, as well as understand the results of the Voice of the Customer, complying with the established improvement plans.
  • Manage the digital experience of customers during their stay, according to the global strategy.
  • Manage customer incidents, following established protocols.
  • Comply with Sensory Architecture in the different areas of the hotel, in terms of lighting, decoration, aroma and background music.
  • Place orders for materials, following the established product guidelines, for the best optimization of economic resources.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Training in Tourism, Social Sciences, Public Relations, or similar.
  • Very advanced English and a second language is a plus.
  • Knowledge of brand strategies
  • Knowledge of hotel management tools and/or Customer Experience.
  • Advanced handling of the Office 365 Suite.
  • Knowledge of Hotel Operations.
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Organization and planning.
  • Proactivity and Innovation.
  • Communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience: 2 years or more in a similar position in 5* hotels
