Missions Principales
Assurer une gestion administrative rigoureuse des dossiers du personnel en garantissant leur conformité
Contribuer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et assurer le suivi des formalités administratives liées à l’embauche (contrats, DPAE, affiliation mutuelle, médecine du travail, etc.)
Assurer le suivi administratif des stagiaires et des alternants
Participer à l’optimisation des pratique RH et de l’expérience collaborateur (recrutement, onboarding etc.)
Contribuer à l’organisation des activités et animations pour le personnel (Associate week, fête du Personnel, déjeuner anniversaire…).
Contribution au développement de notre marque employeur (communication RH, projets internes, attractivité)
