Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will manage the hotel revenue plans by recommending growth efforts, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the hotel is competitively positioned within the local marketplace. As a Commercial Manager, you’re not just managing the hotel revenue plans – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Market Intelligence:  Conduct in-depth market research to monitor trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior for strategic positioning.
  • Strategic Planning:  Design and implement revenue strategies aligned with business goals; set targets and monitor performance.
  • Financial Analysis:  Evaluate financial data to assess profitability and guide decision-making on pricing and distribution.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment:  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
  • Performance Monitoring:  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation:  Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and partners to support revenue initiatives and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:  Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • CRM Utilization:  Leverage CRM tools to enhance guest engagement, track feedback, and foster loyalty.
  • Innovation & Adaptability:  Stay current with industry trends and adopt innovative approaches to maintain competitive advantage.

At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:

A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. Acting with Integrity and always doing the right thing. Inspiring others through Leadership. A belief that Teamwork drives the best outcomes. A sense of Ownership and accountability. And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and committed to continuous improvement.
