Job Description

 

The Colleague Services Agent plays a key role in enhancing the day-to-day experience of Fairmont team members by providing exceptional support and services across various operational areas. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about creating a supportive and well-maintained work environment.

Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $20.33/hour

  • Greet and welcome internal guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Janitorial duties including garbage removal and recycling, vacuuming, cleaning floors and stairwells, walls, doors etc. throughout the public spaces of the staff accommodations and Colleague Services building
  • Moving heavy and large furniture such as dressers, fridges, stoves, washers and dryers between buildings
  • Manage the rental equipment process, including issuing and returning items, and ensure waivers are completed
  • Ensure the cleanliness of vacant staff housing units meets standards
  • Daily sorting, organizing and issuing of clean uniforms and dry cleaning items
  • Daily pick-up and delivery of staff and hotel mail

 

Qualifications

 

  • Must have a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s licence (or equivalent) and driver’s abstract free of any demerits
  • Ability to lift, carry and move large and heavy items on a regular basis

You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
