Senior Bartender

Purpose of Role

Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for Guest Service Attendants and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Responsibly Description

• Prepare drinks for guests and Guest Service Attendants, ensure that proper materials and supplies are available.
• Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain good relationship with guests, ensure they are well entertained.
• Set up and breakdown the bar.
• Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, collect and dispose of garbage.
• Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, inventory, receiving and stores.
• Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
• Perform as per SOS (sequence of service).
• Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Assist with night audit.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposal of all waste, clear and clean all glassware, wipe down bar and preparation areas.
• Sweep floors, polish brass and steel, mop, clean glassware and wipe down mirrors in the venue.

• 遵守所有公司政策和流程。
• 提供開吧與關吧的酒水盤點。
• 完成每天晚上的清算。
• 保持酒吧區域清潔：處置所有廢物、清理和清洗所有玻璃、擦拭吧台和準備區。
