El puesto de ayudante de camarero/a:
En Four Seasons Hotel Madrid estamos buscando un ayudante de camarero para formar parte de nuestro equipo de restauración. Esta posición, perteneciente a la división de Alimentos y Bebidas, tiene como misión principal contribuir a ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes.
Lo que harás:
• Ofrecer en todo momento un servicio al cliente profesional, amable y proactivo, trabajando en equipo.
• Tener pleno conocimiento de todos los elementos del menú, funciones diarias y promociones.
• Asegurar la limpieza y mantenimiento de todas las áreas de trabajo, utensilios y equipos.
• Seguir las políticas, los procedimientos y los estándares de servicio de la cocina, así como cualquier directriz sobre intolerancias alimenticias.
• Siga todas las políticas de seguridad y saneamiento al manipular alimentos y bebidas.
• Despejar, limpiar y coordinar el material del restaurante, asegurando que todo está listo para el servicio.
• Dar la bienvenida a los clientes, y proporcionar servicio de agua, pan y mantequilla.
• Montaje de buffets y puestos de comida.
