About the job

We are looking for a Director of IT who will be responsible for overseeing all technology operations within the resort, ensuring secure, efficient, and innovative IT systems that support both business operations and guest experience. This role plays a key part in aligning technology with the resort’s strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

As Director of IT, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and execute the property’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with operational goals, guest experience standards, and long-term business objectives.
• Oversee the daily operation and security of all IT systems, including network infrastructure, servers, PMS, POS, telephony, Wi-Fi, and guest-facing technologies.
• Ensure robust data protection and cybersecurity protocols are in place, continuously monitored, and regularly updated to protect all sensitive information.
• Manage IT projects and system upgrades, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
