We are currently seeking an AC Technician to join us at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach . As an AC Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Performs maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment across the Resort, including chillers, pumps, and coolers, ensuring all systems operate at their best.
• Works as part of a collaborative Engineering team to deliver timely, professional solutions to maintenance challenges — keeping guest comfort and satisfaction at the forefront.
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Partners closely with the Chief Engineer and fellow tradespeople, contributing to departmental goals, budget adherence, and the overall smooth running of hotel facilities.
• Upholds all safety and compliance requirements, including the Electrical Safety Act, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues alike.
• Maintains a clean and organised work area, reports hazards promptly, and handles all property and security responsibilities with professionalism and integrity.
