POSTE DE MAGASINIER – Prise de poste au 24/08/2026
Gestion des stocks
Réception, contrôle et rangement des marchandises (denrées alimentaires, produits d’entretien, etc.).
Port de charge- rangement dans congélateur
Suivi des niveaux de stock et alerte en cas de rupture ou de surstockage.
Rotation des produits (méthode FIFO : First In, First Out) pour éviter le gaspillage.
Respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
Application stricte des règles HACCP et des bonnes pratiques de stockage (températures, étiquetage, etc.).
Vérification de la conformité des livraisons (qualité, quantités, dates de péremption).
Logistique et organisation
Préparation des commandes internes pour les services (cuisine, service en salle, etc.).
Gestion des inventaires réguliers et reporting des écarts éventuels.
Participation à l’amélioration des processus de stockage (optimisation des espaces, outils de suivi).
Engagement durable
Mise en place de pratiques éco-responsables (réduction des emballages, gestion des déchets, etc.).
Sensibilisation des équipes aux enjeux de gaspillage alimentaire.
