The Purchasing Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required for the hotel operations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery. The role involves managing supplier relationships, evaluating quotations, monitoring inventory requirements, and coordinating with internal departments to support operational needs. The Purchasing Buyer ensures compliance with company procurement policies and contributes to cost-saving initiatives and supply chain efficiency.
