Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly energised and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to be part of our dynamic leadership team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead the charge on driving operational excellence in our Front Office department and outsourced services, including Housekeeping and security. You’ll be passionate about delivering on exceptional guest experience and continuously find ways to enhance and improve guest loyalty.

Main Functions: 

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office and outsourced services of Housekeeping and security.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and revenue departments to optimise RevPar.
  • Be the gate keeper to all night audit functions to ensure the day-to-day balancing of all hotel functions incl. F&B.
  • Champion HYDE brand standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our rooms and all public areas through implementing systems, procedures and leading by example.
  • Thoroughly analysis performance metrics and guest feedback and provide reporting as required.
  • Continuously innovate in service delivery and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsible for managing the department’s budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to all become HYDE Rockstars.
