Role Overview
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations at Basiqat Resort by Mantis, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, and events.
You will be responsible for delivering consistent service excellence, driving revenue performance, and building a strong service culture aligned with the Mantis ethos. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a remote resort environment and understands how to create memorable dining experiences that reflect both place and purpose.
