Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Night Supervisor, you’re not just supervising overnight operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Oversee nightly audit: Supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments
• Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback
• Oversee guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues
• Post and reconcile transactions: Ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day’s financial reports and credit card systems
• Monitor cashier accuracy: Review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data
• Support overnight operations: Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed
• Manage special projects: Lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
