Housekeeping Attendant

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to established brand standards.
  • Replenishing guest amenities, linen and room supplies.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any safety concerns.
  • Assisting with linen handling, stock replenishment and housekeeping storage areas.
  • Maintaining housekeeping equipment and ensuring chemicals are used and stored safely.
  • Responding to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Following all hotel policies relating to safety, security and guest confidentiality.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Supporting Accor’s Heartist culture by providing genuine hospitality to guests and colleagues alike.

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
  • The physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, pushing and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
