Du bist fröhlich und offen und spazierst stets mit einem Lächeln durchs Leben. Noch dazu schaffst Du es, genau diese Fröhlichkeit und Sympathie selbst durchs Telefon und Deine Mails auszustrahlen. Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und bleibst in jedem Gespräch locker und professionell. Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse & sicher in Englisch in Wort und Schrift und das Formulieren in schriftlicher Form geht Dir sowieso leicht von der Hand.

Gemeinsam in einem tollen Team in unserer Reservierungszentrale in Bremen, bist Du Ansprechpartner in Reservierungsfragen für unsere Hotelteams. Zudem pflegst und verwaltest Du unsere Buchungs- und EDV-Systeme sowie Zahlungstools.
