About the role
At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, The Concierge Agent plays a key role in curating unforgettable guest experiences. This role serves as a trusted resource for guests, providing tailored recommendations and seamless arrangements to ensure an exceptional stay.
What you will do
– Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their stay.
– Offer recommendations and make arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and activities.
– Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special needs with professionalism and discretion.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events.
– Assist with bookings for tickets, spa services, and other guest experiences.
– Ensure smooth communication between guests and external vendors.
