POSITION SUMMARY
Propósito del Puesto: Liderar, coordinar y ejecutar la estrategia de sostenibilidad de las propiedades asignadas Costa Rica Marriott Hacienda Belen y Los Suenos Marriott Ocean and Golf Resort, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza de la organización. El puesto es responsable de desarrollar programas de gestión ambiental, certificaciones de sostenibilidad, responsabilidad social y voluntariado corporativo, promoviendo una cultura de sostenibilidad, inclusión y bienestar entre los asociados.
Asimismo, lidera la implementación local de las iniciativas globales de Serve 360: Doing Good in Every Direction y brinda apoyo a los programas TakeCare, alineando las acciones de las propiedades con los valores de Marriott International para generar un impacto positivo en los asociados, las comunidades y el medio ambiente, garantizando además el cumplimiento de indicadores, reportes y estándares corporativos de sostenibilidad.
