Sales Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Peak Tower Corporation Pte Ltd. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share across key business segments.
– Drive revenue generation through proactive sales activities, including corporate accounts, partnerships, events, and group bookings.
– Identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and business partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
– Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and networking activities to promote the hotel and its services.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including Rooms, F&B, and Finance, to develop attractive packages and offerings that support occupancy and revenue objectives.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive position.
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded.
– Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking sessions, and business development activities.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account management through CRM and reporting systems.
– Support contract negotiations and ensure smooth execution of agreements and partnerships.
– Contribute to a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture while supporting overall business objectives.
