THE PERSON
The Sales Coordinator is a super confident individual that is part of the Cluster Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.
You will do sales research, understand how to conduct prospecting, administrative tasks, maximise revenue, build customer loyalty and support the Regional Sales team.
You’ll be based in the Brussels area operating out of the Moxy Brussels and support the 2 Hotel Co 51 hotels in the market, with travel to client sites or events as needed.
THE JOB

Evaluate, qualify, respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Multi Property Sales Manager, covering Moxy Brussels and Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU hotels.

Prepare and finalise contracts to close sales transactions.

Join-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the commercial direction of your hotels.

Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.

Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.

Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support as needed.

Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and nurture client relationships.

Research and identify new leads.

Provide support for the Group reservations team, if needed.

Using our CRM, SFA Web and Opera, to manage leads and track performance.

Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts

Represent the hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
