求人内容

 

  • Assist the Commercial Director and other directors in facilitating daily operations and ensuring effective verbal and written communication across the Sales & Marketing Division and other departments.​
  • Manage documents requiring the Commercial Director’s approval, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.​
  • Prepare various approval documents and oversee time and attendance management for the Sales & Marketing Division.​
  • Manage monthly accruals and expenses, ensuring all departmental purchases and services received are accurately recorded.​
  • Prepare Sales & Marketing expense forecasts for the following month and monitor anticipated expenditures.​
  • Provide English–Japanese translation and interpretation support as required.​
  • Attend meetings with the Commercial Director and other directors requiring interpretation support, and prepare meeting minutes when needed.​
  • Coordinate appointments for the Commercial Director and other directors, ensuring schedules are effectively managed and communicated.​
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department.​
