As a Chef de Partie within Team NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport), you ensure every day that our guests enjoy a unique and positive guest experience. There is plenty to do for a Chef de Partie at NASA. Within the F&B department of our hotel, the day starts with breakfast for between 200 and 500 guests. Lunch service consists of a mix of à la carte business lunches and a lunch buffet for guests attending meetings in our 17 conference rooms. When the weather is nice, we open our sunny terrace with 80 seats and great lounge beats. In the evening, we serve an average of 100 covers per night, and the bar is almost always lively and buzzing. In short, there is more than enough going on at NASA—and if you enjoy variety, you will certainly never be bored.
