La Femme/Le Valet de Chambre est en charge de l’entretien et du nettoyage des chambres et suite de l’hôtel. Elle/Il doit effectuer son travail conformément aux standards Four Seasons, prêter attention aux besoins des clients et essayer de dépasser leurs attentes.
La Femme/Le Valet de Chambre doit avoir de bonnes capacités physiques, être flexible sur les horaires fonction de l’activité, faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe et avoir une présentation soignée. Elle/Il est sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service : Gouvernant(e)s, Assistant(e)s de Direction et Chef de Service.
