Job Purpose
As the Bar Manager at Hedwig Bar, you are the heart and soul of our flagship cocktail destination. You are not just managing a bar – you are leading a department. You will be responsible for the complete operational, financial, and creative direction of Hedwig Bar, ensuring it remains a standout destination within Krakow’s hospitality scene. This is a senior leadership role requiring a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, and a passion for people and hospitality.
You will lead the entire Hedwig Bar team, oversee guest experience, manage stock and financial performance, and drive innovation in our drink offerings. You will also play a key role in shaping the bar’s identity, building a loyal guest base, and maintaining the highest standards of service consistent with an Autograph Collection property.
