Who we are looking for…

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Front Desk Agent, you will be one of the main ambassadors of The Ritz-Carlton brand and a key representative of our Gold Standards. From the very first interaction, you will ensure each guest feels genuinely welcomed, cared for, and understood.

We are looking for service-driven professionals who excel in attention to detail, anticipate guest needs, and thrive in a luxury hospitality environment.

What are your responsibilities are…

  • Welcoming guests in a warm, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Providing detailed information about the resort, its facilities, services, and experiences.
  • Attending to guest requests, preferences, and special requirements, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Handling room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using internal systems.
  • Managing payments, billing, and account closures in line with established procedures.
  • Addressing guest concerns and complaints with empathy, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Actively promoting hotel services and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintaining a pristine, organized, and welcoming front desk area that reflects luxury standards.
