The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Server Agent / Chef de Rang – Dstrikt Steakhouse 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory service in alignment with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards to create exceptional guest experiences during the evening service
  • Provide expert knowledge of steak cuts, preparation methods, and wine pairings; confidently guide guests through the menu
  • Accurately take and deliver orders, ensuring flawless food and beverage service with attention to presentation and timing
  • Maintain impeccable mise en place, manage a clean and organized station, and uphold luxury dining setup standards
  • Collaborate seamlessly with culinary and service teams; support fellow Ladies and Gentlemen and contribute to smooth, efficient operations
