Working in alignment with our culinary team, you will deliver flawless event experiences, ensuring service flow, banquet sequencing, and presentation are executed to the highest standard. Beyond the guest experience, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the Banquets department. With strong operational oversight, you will drive performance through effective team development, VIP engagement, event execution, and stock management, ensuring the Banquets operation consistently delivers both exceptional service and commercial excellence.

You bring proven experience in conference and events operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. With a genuine passion for personalised guest service, you have the intuition and creativity to deliver seamless and memorable event experiences, resolving any challenges with professionalism, discretion, and finesse.
