Executive Chef Opportunity in the Maldives
I am currently supporting the search for an experienced Executive Chef for a resort opportunity in the Maldives with a reputable hospitality company.
This is a senior culinary leadership role, suitable for a chef with strong experience in hotel or resort operations, team leadership, menu development, buffet and à la carte operations, food cost control, purchasing, supplier coordination, HACCP, and kitchen organization.
Pre-opening experience would be a strong advantage, and previous Maldives or island resort experience would be preferred.
