An exciting opportunity awaits you at the Four Seasons Resort Nevis! As the first and longest standing Caribbean resort in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic team member to join us at this iconic property.

 

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is seeking a Restaurants Manager with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. Come be a part of our tradition of more than 30 years of authentic Caribbean hospitality.

 

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is located on the western coast of the Caribbean island of Nevis, sister island to St. Kitts, and the birthplace of U.S. Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Lead, motivate, coach, all employees in the Hotel’s Dining Outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met with the long-range strategic planning for outlet operation.

2. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

3. Describe and ensure quality of all food items.

4. Provide excellent knowledge of wine and spirits in all our outlets and be dedicated to an attentive and distinctive dining experience.

5. Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design effective menus and wine lists while ensuring excellent product quality.https://careers.fourseasons.com/us/en/job/REQ10382234/Restaurants-Manager
