Wie zijn wij?
Midden in het bruisende hart van Eindhoven vind je Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne, een sfeervol viersterrenhotel waar gastvrijheid en culinaire kwaliteit hand in hand gaan. Bij restaurant Vestdijk47 geniet je van Casual Fine dining: waarbij Franse verfijning met Aziatische invloeden worden gecombineerd. Ons team barst van de energie, en om dat zo te houden, zoeken we een nieuwe collega voor in de keuken! Heb jij passie voor koken en wil je deel uitmaken van een hecht team? Dan hebben wij een toffe fulltime functie voor je klaarstaan! Je werkt vijf avonden per week, samen met een team dat koken tot een feestje maakt.
Wie zoeken wij?
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste horecatopper met ervaring in de keuken. Jij werkt samen met onze Chef-kok Mike, Souschef Jessie en een team van tien gezellige collega’s. Je hebt een passie voor verse ingrediënten en staat te popelen om de lekkerste gerechten te bereiden.
Wat ga je doen?
Jij hebt een flinke portie kennis van kooktechnieken en ingrediënten en weet precies hoe je een menu in elkaar zet. Daarnaast heb je minimaal een afgeronde MBO niveau 3 Koks opleiding en ben je flexibel inzetbaar van maandag t/m zondag. Maar het allerbelangrijkste: jij staat altijd met een glimlach in de keuken!
