Spa Treatment Manager

SPA TREATMENT MANAGER, SPA & WELLNESS

39 hours, 5 days per week

 

We’re looking for a Spa Treatment Manager to join our iconic Spa & Wellness team.

As a Spa Treatment Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Will perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa & Wellness Director
  • Dealing daily with the following: Guest complaints, Therapist needs, telephone calls and reception duties
  • Complete Spa tours to review standards, procedures and operational status
  • Coordinate scheduling of rotas, annual leave and bank holiday entitlement for Treatment Supervisor and Therapists
  • Review treatment rooms which include treatment trolley, closet millwork, linens, treatment beds equipment upkeep daily to ensure all standards are met
  • Responsible for motivating retail sales and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately
  • Reading through emails regarding Spa, meetings, groups, and VIP’s

As a Spa Treatment Manager you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

 

To be a successful Spa Treatment Manager candidate, you will have an NVQ Level 2 and above in Beauty Therapy and have a proven track record of service excellence in a Spa environment. It is an advantage if you already have experience from within a luxury service environment.
