About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental New York within the Food and Beverage Department in New York City, the In-Room Dining Assistant Manager is responsible for an efficient operation of the department and meets guests’ expectations for quality of the product and service while making sure that all standards and procedures of the department are being followed and are consistent. The In-Room Dining Assistant Manager reports to the Senior In-Room Dinning Manager.

As In Room Dining Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
