About the role
The Housekeeper Supervisor oversees one or more floors of the hotel.
His/her role is to supervise the work of the chambermaids, valets and staff to ensure that the rooms, public areas and pantries are properly maintained.
He/she must carry out his/her work in accordance with our company’s standards, pay attention to the needs of our customers and try to exceed their expectations.
He/she is under the responsibility of the management of his/her department: Assistant General Manager and Head of Department and works in close collaboration with the various departments of the hotel.
