We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our organization.   • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives and market trends
  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients through consistent engagement and exceptional service
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive landscape, client needs, and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to client requirements and organizational capabilities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining positive long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and product development to ensure seamless implementation of new business initiatives
  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress and forecasting revenue with accuracy and transparency
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular, detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections
