1. 1. Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the property.
   2. Increase the profile of the property through the development of a network of sponsors, stakeholders, and patrons
   3. Ensure that all the identified target markets and stakeholders of the property are kept abreast of the developments and other activities at the property and within Rixos
   4. Organise the hotel’s marketing activities and manage relationships with official and private organisations, the press and community.
   5. Ensure that all publications and brochures of the property meet high professional and quality standards according to the company visual identity guide.
   6. Manage the advertising function in such a way that all advertisements are effective and reflect a positive image of the property.
   7. To develop and manage effective direct marketing campaigns to identified target markets using either surface or electronic mailing means
   8. Control the budget allocated for the marketing and promotional functions.
   9. Identify strategies for the next year and ensure that operations are carried out according to these strategies.
