As a Assistant F&B Manager, you will show your leadership and interpersonal strengths to maximize the F&B Operations and ensure an exceptional guest journey.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work onsite five days a week.
• Produces daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports in timely and accurate manners, provides analysis to identify area for revenue optimization.
• Monitor and ensures rate and inventory integrity on Sofitel.Accor.com and all other distribution channels. Able to identify the root cause of discrepancies, collaborate with distribution team and rectify the issue.
• Assists in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at various revenue meetings, or for required reporting within the hotel, or to corporate teams, and ownership.
