An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.

 

 

About the Role:

The Director of Food & Beverage forms an integral part of the Hotel Leadership Team, helping to shape the strategic direction and overall success of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club. This role provides visionary leadership for the Food & Beverage Division by establishing standards of excellence, integrity, innovation, and quality that drive exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and the continued growth of the Hotel.

Reporting directly to the Resort Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage leads all dining operations while fostering a culture that reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to luxury hospitality. This leader will build strong relationships with guests, residents, vendors, and industry partners while inspiring and developing a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and sustained business growth.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire Food & Beverage leaders and teams while fostering a culture consistent with Four Seasons values and service standards.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, inventory control, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence throughout the operation, building meaningful relationships with guests, residents, members, and key community partners.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Hotel Leadership Team to develop innovative dining concepts, menus, beverage programs, and memorable guest experiences.
