As a Plumbing Technician you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

What will I be doing?

• Instalimi dhe riparimi i valvulave, rubinetave, tush baterive, pompave qarkulluese, tubacioneve të ujit dhe kanalizimit.
• Instalimi dhe mirëmbajtja e pajisjeve sanitare (lavamanë, WC, dushe, bojlerë, etj.).
• Zbulimi dhe eliminimi i rrjedhjeve të ujit.
• Njohuri për materialet e ndryshme të tubacioneve (PPR, PVC, PE, bakër, etj.).
• Përdorimi i instrumenteve matëse
• Leximi i planeve dhe skemave teknike.
• Mirëmbajtja dhe servisimi periodik i instalimeve
• Diagnostikimi dhe riparimi i defekteve
• Plotësimi i raporteve të punës dhe dokumentacionit teknik
• Sigurimi që pajisjet funksionojnë sipas standardeve të performancës dhe sigurisë.
• Installation and repair of valves, faucets, shower mixers, circulation pumps, water supply piping, and drainage/sewer systems.
• Installation and maintenance of sanitary fixtures and equipment (washbasins, toilets, showers, water heaters, etc.).
• Detection and elimination of water leaks.
• Knowledge of various piping materials (PPR, PVC, PE, copper, etc.).
• Use of measuring instruments and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics.
• Maintenance and periodic servicing of plumbing and sanitary installations.
• Diagnosis and repair of faults and system malfunctions.
• Preparation and completion of work reports and technical documentation.
• Ensuring that equipment and systems operate in accordance with performance and safety standards.
