Ben jij die persoon die een storing al ruikt voordat de melding binnenkomt? Die met gemak schakelt tussen een lekkende kraan, een hapering in de verlichting en een externe monteur die om 7 uur voor de deur staat? Dan zoeken we jou als Hotel Technicus bij TRIBE Den Haag Centraal.
Jij bent het technisch aanspreekpunt van het hotel, binnen én buiten. Van storingen oplossen tot kleine reparaties aan apparatuur, installaties, sanitair en verlichting: jij houdt het gebouw draaiende. En omdat je de enige bent met deze functie in huis, ben jij ook degene die overzicht houdt: prioriteiten stellen, onderhoud plannen, externe partijen aansturen en controleren.
Je staat er niet alleen voor. Hulp is er wanneer je die nodig hebt, je weet gewoon precies wie je waarvoor moet bellen. Verder ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en voorraad van je gereedschap en materialen.
