Job description:

MISSION: To support the Housekeeping team in the organization and delivery of supplies and materials to expedite daily work, as well as to report any defects to their immediate supervisor.

OPERATIONS

• Check room supplies and replenish missing items, following standards. 

• Maintain regular communication with the housekeeping staff and the rest of the departments. 

• To address the needs or concerns of the clients. 

• Provide materials to the housekeepers or to the clients, such as pillows, cribs, quilts. 

• Keep guest room hallways clean and tidy. 

• Prepare the offices with the necessary supplies and maintain them according to daily needs. 

• Check for any technical or safety problems in the room and report them to maintenance. 

• Deliver and retrieve items loaned to customers, for example, irons and ironing boards. 

• Ensure the supply of clean clothes to the offices or areas assigned for this purpose. 

• Remove dirty laundry from the plants, ensuring that it does not mix with clean laundry and avoiding cross-contamination. 

• Receiving laundry orders and counting them if necessary. 

• Remove trash from offices, cars, or rooms as needed or requested. 

• Provide support in tasks such as dismantling rooms: curtains, mattresses, furniture, etc. 

• Receive orders and keep them organized in the corresponding warehouse. 

• Clean the exterior areas where personnel enter (garage ramps, security booths, etc.)

• Support the Housekeeping team in any extraordinary tasks that may arise. 

• Assist in cleaning exteriors, windows, or any other required items.
