We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join the Sol Palmanova team , where you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.

What will your duties be?

• To welcome and establish a close relationship with guests, offering a warm and personalized experience throughout their stay.
• To be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring that their needs and expectations are understood and met.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
• Manage requests, comments, and potential incidents professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on requests to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the different hotel departments to ensure a smooth and excellent experience.
• Inform guests about the facilities, services, activities and the local environment.
• Support the management of special occasions, VIP guests, and personalized requests.
• Collect and communicate guest feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture based on hospitality, teamwork, and excellence in service.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Reception, Customer Service or similar positions.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, positive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of English. Knowledge of other languages, especially German, will be valued.
• Previous experience in the hotel sector will be valued.
