ACTIVITY MANAGER

At Sol by Meliá Phu Quoc, we create memorable experiences through engaging activities and exceptional guest service.

Mission

To lead and manage the hotel’s activity programs, ensuring memorable guest experiences, team development, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate recreational and entertainment activities for guests.

• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with service and safety standards.

• Lead, train, and develop the Activity team.

• Manage departmental resources and support operational efficiency.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Develop new activity concepts to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.

What are we looking for?

• College Degree or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international hotel or resort environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Fluency in Vietnamese.
