Join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract as you support the team during a period of parental leave coverage.
Reporting to the reservations manager, as a Reservations Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, handling all reservation inquiries promptly and professionally while maximising revenue through effective upselling. You’ll deliver passionate and knowledgeable service, ensuring every interaction is friendly and personalised. You’ll manage guest details in the PMS system, confirm bookings, and maintain clear communication across departments to fulfill special requests. Familiarity with our reservations system, rate structures, and property features will help you optimise occupancy and meet targets. You’ll also stay informed on promotions, maintain strong product knowledge, and actively promote the Accor Loyalty Program. In this role, you’ll represent our brand standards by answering calls efficiently, sharing sales leads, and creating seamless experiences for both internal and external guests.
