JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the Department, including Spa, Fitness Center, Recreation, Pool, Beach Operations and related guest experiences. Coordinates the delivery of recreational activities, fitness programming, spa and salon treatments, group wellness experiences, and leisure activities. Directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all wellness operations while maximizing guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.

1. MANAGING SPA AND RECREATION OPERATIONS
• Direct all Spa, Salon, Fitness, Recreation, Activities, Pool, and Beach operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
• Oversee fitness centers, SPA treatment rooms, locker rooms, pools, and beaches.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment replacement plans.
• Manage wellness technology, reservation platforms, and operational systems.
• Establish operational standards and service procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and quality audits.
• Manage vendor relationships, including but not limited to watersports, wellness practitioners and retail suppliers.
2. ACTIVITIES PROGRAMMING AND GUEST EXPERIENCE
• Develop quarterly activities programs aligned with resort positioning.
• Create spa, fitness, recreation, and holistic wellness programs.
• Develop signature experiences and destination-specific offerings.
