Lead the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily stewarding operations and team performance.
• Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to support smooth operations.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of stewarding experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
