Job Title: Restaurant manager – Quick service restaurant
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Salary: €3,400 – €4,000 gross per month

We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international restaurant brand looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of one of its locations in Eindhoven.

This isn’t a desk-based management role. We’re looking for a leader who enjoys being on the restaurant floor, motivating teams, delivering great guest experiences, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for your restaurant’s performance, people, and operations while working closely with your team every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading by example and creating a positive, high-energy culture
• Coaching, developing, and motivating your team to perform at their best
• Driving guest satisfaction and ensuring every customer receives excellent service
• Taking ownership of daily restaurant operations
• Managing staffing levels, schedules, and labour planning
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management
• Recruiting, training, and developing future supervisors and managers
• Taking responsibility for sales performance and profitability
• Ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Supporting your team during busy periods and stepping in wherever needed

What we’re looking for

• Experience managing teams in hospitality, quick-service restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced customer-facing environments
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive business performance
• Confidence making decisions in a busy operational environment
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering great service
• Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys leading from the front
